To benefit from FAREL’s accompaniment

FAREL | Institut de théologie réformée is a private center for pastoral, spiritual and missionary formation, at the service of all churches of the Protestant Reformed faith.

FAREL does not offer courses, but provides pastoral, spiritual and missionary care to pastoral candidates in their studies and to Christians in their field of work.

In order to benefit from the pastoral, spiritual and missionary accompaniment offered by Farel | Institute of Reformed Theology, we ask you to submit the following documents to the office of the Director of Farel at info@farel.net

  1. A short essay of 250 to 500 words explaining your motivation for wanting to benefit from the pastoral, spiritual and missionary care of the Institut Farel; and
  2. a letter of reference from your local church (parish) where you are involved.

FAREL | Institut de théologie réformée encourages those who wish to take recognized theology courses, while coming from churches of the Reformed faith, to apply (1) for admission and (2) for registration with the Faculté de Théologie Évangélique de Montreal.

By order 1059-2018 of August 7, 2018, the Government of Quebec recognizes Acadia University as a university-level educational institution for the purpose of offering in Montreal, through the Faculty of Evangelical Theology, a number of programs and degrees.

Admission criteria for the Faculty of Evangelical Theology of Montreal

In accordance with the Faculté de théologie évangélique de Montréal (Acadia University) if you wish to follow a program of study there, you will need to submit the following items to the FTÉ Registrar:

  1. Le formulaire de demande d’admission, les documents requis, et un paiement pour couvrir les frais d’admission: https://www.fteacadia.com/admissions.html.
  2. One photo, passport size;

  3. Copy of your permanent residence card (for permanent residents only) or your student visa (Certificat d’Acception du Québec) and passport (for foreign students only).
